At 37, she sold everything and moved to Austin 🎸✨ Deb Yager walked away from a high-profile advertising career, taught herself guitar, and chased a dream of becoming a singer and songwriter.

Music changed her life, and it led her somewhere unexpected. While performing in Austin's music scene, Deb started sketching fellow musicians. Those drawings were quickly accepted into local galleries, revealing a second creative voice that became as essential as songwriting 🎨

Today Deb lives in South Florida, painting whatever speaks to her on any given day 🌺 Lush florals, whimsical Key West roosters, serene ocean life, coastal cottages, local landmarks, and expressive blind-contour drawings. Her work celebrates color, optimism, and joy β˜€οΈ

πŸ“ See Deb's work in the 6th Floor Bistro at Las Olas River House Art Galleries through October 31st.

The calm within the storm 🌊 Micha Matouk grew up in the Mediterranean, where there was no shortage of sea or sky. Those distant, hazy landscapes still shape how she sees the world.

Starting in representational oil painting, Micha now works in acrylic abstract landscapes, channeling nature's serenity through soft, blended, undulating swaths of color and raw texture ✨ Her luminous, ethereal paintings explore the ongoing search for harmony within the tumult πŸŒ…

Her work has been shown with ArtsUnited, ArtServe, and other artist organizations and galleries across Palm Beach and Broward Counties.

Sunrises, sunsets, and the car wash πŸŒ…πŸŽ¨ Lee Siegel finds mandala inspiration everywhere, blending traditional forms with contemporary influences into pieces that are both visually stimulating and spiritually grounding.

For Lee, painting mandalas is a meditative process. Through repetitive patterns and symmetrical designs, she hopes viewers feel a sense of calmness and connection, and take a moment of peace and introspection ✨

The process matters as much as the finished work. Each dot and curve is an exploration of the self and the world around us πŸ”΅ Depending on her mood, Lee paints in silence or listens to podcasts and documentaries while her dogs sleep peacefully around her 🐾

πŸ“ See Lee's work in Core 3: Lobby and the 6th Floor at Las Olas River House Art Galleries through October 31st.
