Five years ago, AMUSEd began with one book, three artists, and a dream. Today, that dream has grown into 8 books, 6 incredible artists, and a space filled with creativity, imagination, and community.

It may not look exactly the same as it did in the beginning, but every change has been part of the journey God has written for us. Through every challenge, every late night, every event, every display reset, and every risk, we’ve poured our hearts into creating something special.

AMUSEd Fine Art & Extraordinary Books has always been more than a store to us. Reagan, Rebel, and I have worked so hard to create a unique shopping experience where people don’t just walk in as customers — they become part of the family.

It hasn’t always been easy… we’ve navigated financial challenges, medical issues, parenting struggles, and more… but we keep feeling like God has placed us in this shop for an important reason. As the seasons continue to grow, thank you for your patience, your love, and your encouragement!

To every person who has bought a book, shared our story, supported our artists, encouraged us, prayed for us, or simply walked through our doors… thank you. Your support of our small business has meant more than you know.

Here’s to five years of art, stories, creativity, community, and believing in big dreams. ❤️ AND a very special happy birthday to our sweet angel, Buddy Wellman! For those who don’t know our story… his love and short life with us are the reason us girls were brave enough to dream and have always been determined to overcome any heartbreak and darkness with light and love.

Just survived literacy training! Learned a bunch! Fresno made a cameo (along with my other characters)… traded macaroni necklaces for book gifts to my instructors! Can't wait to see how teaching 2nd graders fuels more book ideas and store content! Visit us soon 😍

Had the incredible pleasure of joining 5 other authors as part of the AAIM (Arkansas Association of Instructional Media) conference! Snuggled young readers to share my stories… met with representatives, including Senator Dan Sullivan, to discuss the power of stories driving local authors, and networks with incredible media specialists from around the state! Fresno and all your other favorite characters received a lot of love! How fun!
