Observatory status.
April 2022
We are now hosting groups of stargazers on a restricted basis. Because of limited volunteers, we are open just four nights a week: Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday. We are only accepting individuals that are in compliance with Covid vaccinations CDC recommendations. The group size needs to be limited to 12 people. That is all we can handle in the dome at one time. We close on full moon nights and two nights before the full moon. It’s just too bright. Also, we may have to cancel because of the weather but we won’t know until the day of your visit.
