Congratulations to Patt Huss, Virginia Janssen, and Marissa Renée!

Julia Van Roo Bresnahan was an artist, long-time volunteer, and donor for the Hardy Gallery. The Julia Van Roo Bresnahan Artistic Achievement Award was created to honor her for her support of our organization and the art community of Door County.
The Sandy Zapffe Creative Whimsy Award is a new award for the 2026 season, chosen by long-time Hardy volunteer and artist Sandy Zapffe.
The Hardy Gallery accepted in person votes from the public for People’s Choice Award from May 22-June 10.

What a turnout! Thank you to everyone who stopped by for our Opening Reception this past Friday! This exhibit features incredibly strong work in many types of media, all from Wisconsin artists. The exhibit will run until July 5th, so stop by if you’re in town!
Join us for a Juror Talk with Rebecca Carlton on June 12th, 2-3pm. Awards will be announced during the Juror Talk, including People’s Choice, so get your votes in before then!
