Kick off Carbon County's America 250 celebrations this Memorial Day at Elk Mountain's Annual KenDucky Derby!

Monday May 25th at 4pm- we'll start with the duck race, then move into our legacy film premiere and BBQ dinner!

Come into the town hall or DM us on social media to sponsor the winning duck! *Only $5 to sponsor a duck with a $500 prize for the winner!*

We hope you'll join us for the public premiere of our Legacy Film on May 25, 2026. We will premiere the film at our annual Memorial Day festivities, and it will be available to view at the Elk Mountain Museum all summer as well as on our website.

Our 4th annual "History and High Tea" event was as beautiful, elegant and delicious as ever. We're so thankful to everyone who made it happen, everyone who showed up and the for hosting us in their dining room. We hope to see you all again next year!
