🇺🇸 The Hospitality Room is Ready! 🇺🇸

Our Hospitality Room is coming together beautifully as we prepare for the Food Truck Battle Festival this Saturday! We want to make sure our judges, volunteers, DJ, museum staff, and special guests have a comfortable place to relax, recharge, and enjoy refreshments throughout the day.

A huge thank you to our Hospitality Sponsors and everyone who has helped make this space possible. Your generosity and support help keep our event running smoothly and ensure that the people working behind the scenes are well taken care of.

We’re looking forward to an amazing day of great food, friendly competition, and community fun. The countdown is on—we can’t wait to see everyone this Saturday!

🏛️✨ MUSEUM SPOTLIGHT ✨🏛️

The story of the Baldwin County Heritage Museum began with a community festival in 1979, when a group of local citizens came together with one shared mission — to preserve the farming history and heritage of Baldwin County for future generations. ❤️

Thanks to the dedication and generosity of the community, locals donated the land, volunteers raised funds, collected artifacts, gathered research, and worked tirelessly to bring the vision to life. On October 31, 1987, the Baldwin County Heritage Museum officially opened its doors to the public.

Today, the museum proudly continues to operate as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization powered by an incredible workforce of volunteers who are passionate about preserving our local history.

When you walk through the museum, you truly feel like you are stepping back in time. From tractors, wagons, appliances, clothing, and artifacts from Baldwin County’s early farming communities, every display tells a story of hard work, tradition, and community life.

The grounds are home to several historic buildings and structures, including a beautiful free-standing chapel that serves as a unique venue for vintage weddings and special celebrations. Guests can also enjoy the museum’s peaceful picnic spaces and scenic property while embracing the roots of our local community.

The mission of the Baldwin County Heritage Museum is to preserve the culture of the farm communities of early Baldwin County through historically significant buildings, documents, artifacts, and stories that keep our heritage alive for generations to come.

We are honored to celebrate and support this incredible local treasure through the Christkindlmarkt and all the events that bring our community together. 🎄✨
