Here we close 2025, for a fresh start, a new year and "another chance for us to get it right." Take your first step forward to better yourself, to surround yourself with beautiful things and wonderful people, and to help support those around you where you can. Whatever it may be, may your 2026 be blessed! We are closed New Year's day, but we'll be back as usual 10-5 every day of the week.

Shoveling myself out of the plow curl yesterday morning leaving the house to go into work, I was reminded that November and December not only bring the hustle and bustle of the holidays, in MN it also brings SNOW... and sometimes LOTS of it. This year it sounds like it might be a lot. It wasn't cold out. It wasn't windy. It was beautiful and quiet. I wasn't hurried. My neighbor even stopped by to say hello and to help. Thank you Ed! In this busy season, don't forget to take the time to stop and take in the fresh air, stop and listen to the breeze, and enjoy the sparkle of the fresh fallen snow. Bonus, the roads were clear and the gallery still opened on time!

As the last chapter of 2025 draws to a close, we are choosing to infuse our days with big doses of gratitude. Thank you to all of our artists, designers, suite mates, clients, and friends who have enriched our lives with beautiful art, projects, stories, and the gift of your presence. We feel so lucky to do the work we do, and it is because of you that we are here! May you feel the warmth of the holiday glow surround your days. See you in 2026!

We are excited about a Summer Wine & Cheese event this evening! Thursday, July 24th at Edina Art Resources , 4-7 pm. We are featuring the nature oil paintings of Joe Larson, as well as the work of several other painters, Carolyn Kluender, Cay Lynch, Lynne Sarnoff-Christensen, Judy Grasamke, Kai Liu... to name just a few. You can enjoy refreshments and mingle with some of the top-notch artists in the Twin Cities. This is a whole new summer collection that you won’t want to miss.

Sometimes all we need is inspiration and beautiful things around us. I got to visit Beth Fink's studio yesterday morning and see her processes, both for Saori Weavings and for her fused glass. She loves to create, she loves the randomness of it, it inspires her and it shows in her work! My kind of artist! I might have even played a little bit in the glass. 😉 You can see a lovely assortment of her pieces for sale in our gallery. Stop by!
