Today is OPENING DAY at the Washington State Fair and Pioneer Farm Museum and Ohop Indian Village is there! We are located in The Planting Patch (near the horse barns).

Stop on by and get a little taste of what Pioneer Farm is all about! Because, at the farm, we don’t just tell you about history - we let you experience it! We have both pioneer and native american chores and games ready and waiting for you to try!!

🍁Founders Day is happening October 10th and 11th at Pioneer Farm Museum and Ohop Indian Village! This is an excellent weekend to experience both the Pioneer Farm Tour AND the Native American Seasons Tour!!

Due to the current air quality concerns, we have decided to cancel the Pioneering on Purpose Homesteading Conference scheduled for this Saturday (August 8th) at the farm. All of the classes were going to be held outside, and we want to ensure the safety of our attendees as well as our presenters!

Do not fear - we still want to bring these awesome homesteading learning opportunities to you! We are planning on offering these classes in the fall individually. Look for more information coming soon!

The farm is still opened this weekend Friday-Sunday for public tours!

Today marks ONE MONTH until our homestead conference - Pioneering on Purpose!!

Pioneer Farm Museum and Ohop Indian Village will be hosting a one-day practical conference with hands-on workshops. If you are immersed in a homesteading lifestyle or just dabbling in self-sustaining practices, this conference may be of interest to you. This month has flown by! May is full of school/group tours during the week and public tours on the weekends! Thank you to everyone who has visited so far this year!

Today's forecast is full of 🌞🌞🌞. The PERFECT day to come enjoy a farm tour. First tour starts at 11am. Last tour starts at 2:30pm. You can join in a tour about every 30 minutes throughout that time span.

Are you headed to the mountain this weekend? Make a stop at the Farm part of your adventure!! Public hours are 11am-4pm Saturday and Sunday. Last tour starts at 2:30pm and you can join in a tour about every 30 minutes. Tours last an hour and a half. You can also check out our Native American Seasons tour!!

Public hours are here 🎉!!!! Come out to the Farm today or tomorrow for our first weekend of public tours for the season. Tours run between 11am-4pm. They start about every half hour. The Pioneer Farm tour takes roughly an hour and a half.

The weather is gorgeous 🌞!! If you bring a lunch, you can enjoy a tour and a picnic!

Can you believe it is almost May? That means public hours begin THIS SATURDAY - May 2nd!

Public hours are from 11am-4pm every Saturday and Sunday from May to the beginning of November. Once school is out in June, we open for public hours on Fridays as well.

You can stop by anytime between 11am-4pm and join a tour. They start roughly every 30 minutes throughout the day.

As always, group/school tours are available almost any day of the week. Please contact us if you would like to schedule a group/school tour.
