Here at Crestar we stretch our canvases by hand. No automatic machines.
We have the tools to stretch massive pieces, but also we have the wherewithall to slow down and make sure we're doing everything right. Aka taking special care in how much tension is placed, making sure the image is fully visable, and that there's no risk in cracking paint or splitting fabric.

Need a conversation starter that also acts as a sound dampener? This client had that exact request. They came in asking us to print & enhance their photo to showcase in their home, while also including sound proofing panels.
The photo was taken on their iPhone in Prato Portugal.
Gallery wrapping the photo was the perfect solution, as we could fit the panels between the stretcher bars.

This little cutie is a painting a client acquired on her trip to D.R. & a great example that canvas artworks don't always have to be stretched on a stretcher bar to be framed. Instead, she was "perfect mounted" on ph balanced foam.

Acrylic on Canvas, 24 x 28.5 in.
