It was an honor to represent the Eagle Historical Society at the presentation of a Resolution adopted by the Waukesha County Board of Supervisors and signed by County Executive Paul Farrow, declaring June 13–14, 2026 as History Weekend throughout Waukesha County in celebration of Flag Day.

Supervisor Darlene Johnson presented the Resolution to Mukwonago Historical Society President Henry Hecker, who accepted on behalf of all county historical societies. Mukwonago board member Penny Honetor and Mike Rice of the Eagle Historical Society were also recognized for contributing to the drafting effort.

Come out and visit the Eagle Historical Society that weekend. We will be open both Saturday & Sunday from 10 am - 3 pm.
