There is something about autumn that just gets my creativity tingling. Over the long weekend I spent a lot of time in the studio. Obviously my summer bear adventures are lingering.
The abstract is the "before" pic.

I just love thoughts of renewal and transformation/ regeneration.

Work in progress. Experimenting with collage. It requires getting a little sticky. I'm not a fan of "sticky" so I don't know where I will take this next. Perhaps in a drawer. 😅

I did something for myself this week. It makes me so happy!
I attended a 5 day art journey through Art of Flow . The adventure wasn't just about the painting. It was about releasing the need for control, giving myself permission to be silly and make mistakes, and allowing myself some time to dance, read poetry and breathe fresh air. I was able to tune in to my intention and just let it happen.

Started a new one tonight. I already like it. 😊Can't wait to see how it turns out.
