Books & Clay Hi, I'm Jennifer Johnson. I opened Books & Clay on Etsy to sell the things I love to make! Check out my etsy shop... I may not make another like it.

Come take a look at my most recent hand bound books, hand thrown ceramics, crochet, and whatever it strikes my fancy to make. I am an artisan who makes one of a kind pieces, so if you love it, you should buy it! I seek to find beauty in life, and treat life as art, art as life. My main studio practice focuses on bookbinding and wheel thrown pottery, though I may add objects to the shop that span o

ther disciplines as well. If you like my style and craftsmanship, but cannot find just the right item in my shop, I would be happy to work with you on a custom order and create a listing just for you. If you like something that has sold and would like a re-creation of that item, contact me and I can create a custom listing for you. Note that most of my pieces are made as one of a kind handmade pieces. Exact duplication is not always possible, due to material restraints, but I will do my best to recreate the same look for you.
