Business has been slow, mostly because I haven't been focusing on the shop, but I was so encouraged today to make an Etsy sale I wasn't expecting to someone I've never met. Those are always the best, most encouraging.

As I have shifted the purpose of my shop to raise funds for my mission trip to Jamaica, I had some requests to make drawings/wall art available as well as the standard blank journals and pottery. I am a bit wary of shipping paintings and drawings, so have not added these to my Etsy shop, but I welcome in person purchases. Feel free to peruse, and let me know if you'd like to make a purchase!

Hello Friends,
I know it has been awhile since I have posted anything here, and my shop has been empty for probably a year. Life has a way of getting busy and the result has been less time to make and sell the things I love.

In the next few days and weeks I will be adding more things to my shop - some old, some new - and this time for a cause. In March of this year I will be going on a week long mission trip to Jamaica with the Dallas MK group, where we will be doing construction/painting and helping out at West Haven Orphanage (an orphanage for kids with special needs). To help raise money for the trip I have decided to restock my Etsy shop and sell things I have made. I only have a few things in the shop at the moment but will be adding more as I photograph things and make more stuff to sell. If you would like to see pieces in person, let me know and we can set up a time for you to do so. All proceeds from sales from my shop in the next few months will go directly to the Jamaica missions trip. Watch for more posts in the near future, as I will be updating my shop and putting together a letter that explains the purpose of the trip and my heart in choosing to go. Please prayerfully consider how you can be a part of this mission.
