A Commission for the intra-council of The Coharie Tribe. I redesigned the welcoming logo and carved it in stone. I also carved my work “Spirit Feather” and placed it before the Tribes council and recreation building, in Clinton NC. The work stands just under 10 feet.

CITY MARKET ARTIST COLLECTIVE was my “Baby” for five years. I wanted to share some of the highlights of what made CMAC the award winning gallery it was. First and foremost was giving opportunity to some of our areas nest Artists. Ivana Milojevic Beck has gone on to not only be an incredible collage instructor but to also be represented in numerous gallery and museum exhibitions. Lucky for me she is also an extraordinary friend. At the height of the “Covid” era, I asked her if she would create an example of one of her enigmatic sculptural installations. Made of such diverse materials such as birch, sand and yes, swim caps. If you missed it here it is again.

CMAC was my “baby” for 5 years. I wanted to share some of the highlights of what made CMAC the award winning art gallery it was.
