For those attending the Ansonia-Derby football game this Friday, the Payden Sports Museum will be open from 6:00 - 7:00 PM before the game. There is no admission fee, but you will need to buy a ticket to the game. The museum now has both football and baseball collectibles on display from the Payden collection.

Nice afternoon at the J. R. Payden Fieldhouse today. The Derby Historical Society had their annual meeting and awards ceremony. After the meeting, I enjoyed giving a presentation and tour of the Payden Sports Museum to about twenty people who attended the Historical Society meeting. The Payden's generosity is now a big part of Derby history.
