Globeville Riverfront Art Center (GRACe) is home to as many as 80 visual artists working in a variety of media (painting, fiber, photography, ceramics, mixed media, printmaking, jewelry, illustration, etc) as well as creative businesses including web design, interior design, floral & event planning services, and more. Our goal is to provide a clean, safe, and affordable environment for people to w
ork on their artistic passions/endeavors while fostering a sense of community among creatives. All are on month-to-month leases and rent includes 24/7 access, all utilities & WiFi. But we offer so much more than a space to create. We are a community, with artists and creative businesses collaborating, outdoor art markets, participation in the River North Art District First Fridays and Open Studio tours, and the option to display your work in our 1500 sq ft gallery. We are located along the South Platte River Bike Path, so commuting by bike (or even a bike ride break) is a breeze. We also have community chickens (fresh eggs!), a bee-hive, and plans for a community garden on site. We are even dog friendly to friendly dogs!
