Meet Sarah Fitzgerald (she/her), MFC's Board Vice Chair & Secretary. Sarah is an agile and creative food scientist with over 10 years of experience formulating new food products for nationwide grocery store launches.

Happy International Day of the World's Indigenous Peoples (Aug 9)! 🌽

Today we're celebrating with hominy, a staple dish created by Indigenous peoples in Mesoamerica with an ingenious cooking method that maximizes the corn's nutrition. 😋 While most people think of hominy as a porridge, it can also be made into bread, dumplings, or even drinks!
