On August 9, 2001, a Hamas su***de bomber detonated explosives inside Jerusalem’s Sbarro pizzeria in one of the deadliest terrorist attacks of the Second Intifada.
Sixteen civilians were murdered, including seven children and a pregnant woman. The Schijveschuurder family was nearly wiped out. Around 130 others were injured.
Twenty-five years later, those who carried out this massacre still celebrate terrorism and continue to target Israeli civilians.
