The Georgia Racing Hall of Fame is honored to partner with the Savoy Automobile Museum for its upcoming ‘Stock Cars to Race Cars’ exhibit, opening today!

As part of this special exhibit, the legendary Ford driven by Gober Sosebee—one of Dawsonville's most significant pieces of racing history—will be on display.

One of the only surviving race cars to win on the sands of Daytona Beach, this remarkable machine represents a pivotal era in stock car racing.

We are proud to share a piece of Dawsonville’s rich motorsports heritage with visitors from across the Southeast while celebrating a partnership dedicated to preserving and showcasing the stories that shaped our sport.
