"Connecting People to the Land Through Art" since 2008

Bone Creek Museum of Agrarian Art in David City, NE is the nation’s only exclusively agrarian art museum presenting art that connects people to the land. By popular vote, “Buffalo Spirit Box” (top) has been received into the Bone Creek Museum of Agrarian Art permanent collection. Two more of your favorites have also found a home here at Bone Creek. Thank you to the Bone Creek Museum of Agrarian Art for all of their support to both Butler and Colfax County 4-H!

Today was an open house reception for National Geographic photographer RJ Kern’s “The Unchosen Ones” exhibition. RJ Kern shared his talents through both a local photo shoot with 4-H members at the Butler County Fairgrounds, and a wonderful learning experience workshop this summer.

If you have the opportunity to visit the museum, please be sure to check out some of RJ Kern’s photographs that are on display through October 31st—you will even see a familiar Colfax County face while you are there!

Our very own Halle Hopkins had the opportunity to see her amazing photograph today!
