This time last year, in Truckee where I’ve spent every Summer for decades. We were all so busy this year, all of us moved into new homes in new states. It was a Summer of newness and big decisions, but we are all missing our traditional end of season at the cabin. We’re laying the foundations for our next chapter in life, and it’s so important and exciting but I’m going to put these pictures right here for us to enjoy the memories 🌞 and lean into the seasons changing…

A few years ago at our Miami Beach home, I invited a friend to do an energy cleanse—not because anything felt wrong, but because I wanted to make space for more ease, clarity, and good energy.

arrived with flowers and a beautiful toolkit of rituals to support the process. I’m sharing this because so often when we feel stuck or blocked, the shift we need might begin in our surroundings.

Our homes carry energy just like we do. I’ve learned not to underestimate their spirit—and sometimes, calling in someone to clear the space can be just what’s needed to feel more aligned again.
