On October 14th, 1902, the State Capital Publishing Co opened its door to the public after a fire burned down the The State Capital Publishing building to the ground on Easter Sunday 1902. With the assistance from the town of Guthrie, Frank Greer was able to rebuild in 7 months. Five years later Oklahoma Statehood was announced off the 2nd floor balcony.

The State Capital Publishing Museum's building has stood for 124 years...
