Join us for our first Evening Creative Session of the season!

On June 20, Christine Mercer Kraft, one of Creede's favorite artists, will guide you in creating a cyanotype from scratch.

Cyanotypes are prints made with materials such as lace, leaves, or flowers and photosensitive paint. Anyone can create them, and each print is unique and beautiful.

Each session costs $30, including all materials. Enjoy charcuterie, refreshments, and a 25% discount for locals, military, and Creede Arts Organization affiliates.

At Creede Center for the Arts, we are SO excited to have the opportunity to offer THREE full-ride scholarships for each of our fine arts workshops this summer. Each scholarship deadline is one month prior to the class- which means that the deadline to apply for the chance to take a free intensive workshop with celebrated artist Peggy Morgan Stenmark is in just a few days!

The application is simple- if you are interested at all, we want you involved! You don't have to be an artist, we just want people who are eager to learn.

Have you been wanting to add a Quiller to your collection? Do you want to support Creede's earliest learners at the same time? Then join the Creede Early Learning Center's fundraiser on May 21st where we will be auctioning off this beautiful Steve Quiller piece titled "Poxen's Run" (17 1/2"x 24 1/2"). A Colleen DeSanto piece is also up for auction! The event will be at Antler's Lodge starting with a deck party at 5pm and dinner and auction at 6:30pm. Dinner tickets are $175.
