Join the Cranbury Historical & Preservation Society and the Cranbury Library on Wednesday, July 15, 7 pm at the library for an engaging presentation, Challenges in Central Jersey During the American Revolution by author and historian, Larry Kidder.

William L. "Larry" Kidder, a retired high school history teacher of forty years, has served as a volunteer, historian, interpreter, and draft horse teamster at the Howell Living History Farm. Investigating the Revolutionary War activities of the residents of that 18th-century farm sparked his interest in researching and writing about the American Revolution. Kidder has authored several books on local and Revolutionary history and has lectured extensively throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

In collaboration with the Cranbury Library, the Cranbury Historical & Preservation Society presents its fourth lecture in a series of five, honoring the 250th Anniversary of the American Revolution. The lecture is free. Larry Kidder's books will be available for purchase.
