It’s all coming together! 💗🤍

This morning I had the honor of helping behind the scenes sorting, organizing and packing shirts for team pickup for the 11th Annual Combat Cancer Walk 💗

So much love, hard work and dedication goes into making this incredible event possible.

It’s a beautiful reminder of what happens when a community comes together with one purpose: to support those fighting, celebrate our survivors, and honor those we’ve lost. 💕

Grateful to be a small part of something that means so much to so many. We certainly are stronger together.

On Sunday, October 11, YogaDen | Yoga Studio Corona, CA is hosting a special Restorative Yoga Fundraiser honoring our beautiful Support Sister Adrianna. 🪽

Leeza will lead us through a gentle, love-centered restorative practice—a time to breathe, reflect, heal, and simply be together.

5:00–6:00 PM | $22 per person
💕 ALL class proceeds benefit Support Sisterz

And we’ll be Shopping for a Cause too! ✨
For the heART of it ❤️ will be there with a beautiful selection of Rizen Jewelry and 20% of all jewelry sales will be donated to Support Sisterz.

My heart is so full. ❤️

What an incredible day sharing For the HeART of It at the 15th Annual Riverside County Women’s Leadership Conference. This year’s theme, “Stronger Together: The Power of Connection,” couldn’t have been more perfect.

A special thank you to Karen Gillerman Spiegel whose vision for bringing women together began this conference 15 years ago. What an incredible legacy of connection, encouragement and community you’ve created. 💕
Thank you Corona Chamber for your continuing support. I’m so grateful for your dedication to helping small businesses thrive through every season and every new chapter.
And to every person who stopped by our table, shopped, shared, encouraged us, gave a hug or simply took a moment to hear the heart behind what we’re creating, thank you. You brought so much love and joy to our table and I felt every bit of it.

Of course, my mom was with me in spirit today.❤️ So much of the heart behind For the HeART of It comes from her and what she taught me about friendship, connection, community and making people feel special. I know she would have loved seeing this new chapter surrounded by so many wonderful women.

Today was a beautiful reminder of what For the HeART of It is really about; gathering, connecting, supporting one another and doing it all with heart.

On Tuesday night women from so many different chapters of my life gathered together at Yoga Den. Longtime friends who made up the HeArt of NCH Galleries along side amazing friends that came into my life through being Addi’s mom. My mom and my daughter have both brought me some of the most beautiful friendships and I’m so grateful. ❤️

We gathered for an evening of peace, tranquility and restorative yoga…a class truly “For the HeART of It.”

Yoga has deeply impacted my life. It has helped me find peace, grow stronger and reconnect with myself during a season when I needed it most. I’m so thankful to every beautiful woman who joined me and shared this special evening.

My hope is that everyone finds something that helps them feel peaceful, strong, connected and truly amazing.
