Tales Behind the Tombstones returns Saturday 10/24!
Join us for a guided walking tour of Beaver Ranch Pioneer Cemetery to hear stories of pioneers, murder, mysteries and tragedies. Since access to this cemetery is restricted, it's a rare chance to see the little cemetery on the hill above Hwy 285.
A shuttle will be provided since no parking is permitted at the cemetery. Purchase tickets online before they sell out like last year!

Board service is a meaningful way to preserve local history while helping shape the future of our community!

You don't need to be a historian to serve. We welcome people with a range of professional backgrounds, community connections, and skills. Board members contribute in areas like museum collections, historic site preservation and facility maintenance, programs and events, education, fundraising and grants, communications, volunteer engagement, community partnerships, and organizational leadership.

What a cool opportunity!

Spots still available to join a Buffalo Bill Museum staff member on an exploration of Lookout Mountain Park from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 22. Learn about the development of Denver Mountain Parks, see inside the historic Pahaska building, and hear why William “Buffalo Bill” Cody was buried on Lookout Mountain. All attendees will receive an admission pass to the museum.
