Kathleen Lohr Artist

Kathleen Lohr Artist Nebraska artist Kathleen grew up in Grand Island under the shadows of the migrating sandhill cranes and alongside the Platte River.

This sense of place and the history of the early migration trails that followed the Platte River are the inspirations for her work. After 42-year of teaching art she now devotes her time to studio work. She is an award winning artist whose work can be found in The Museum of Nebraska Art and private collections throughout the country. She has exhibited extensively with the Prairie Winds Arts Center

, Studio K in Grand Island, Nebraska and with the Noyes Art Gallery in Lincoln Nebraska. Pastel Society of American Associate Member
