Change is good!
Even though I hate to see my tenants move on to new adventures, I am excited for their growth and success!
Serendipity has always been an incubator and launching pad for new small businesses, and sometimes, that involves shuffling of our spaces.
So, at present, we have two available studios. One is 72 square feet and the other is 144 square feet. They both have nice natural light, lvp flooring and come with nice perks, such as: links on our website, social media and newsletter promotion, common, comfortable waiting areas and lobby, sound machines, potential use of the gallery for business purposes, use of the front patio, access to participation in Serendipity public events, such as First Fridays, proximity to Steep & Bloom Tea and a quiet hallway with other wellness providers. We take security very seriously in our building for the sake of customers, clients, business owners and staff alike.
If you are looking for a place to start your small business, in a vibrant, creative, inclusive and peaceful environment, we would love to show you around and have a chat!
Our primary focus for the studio side of Serendipity is wellness-based businesses, but that definition can be a bit broad. (fyi: there is no plumbing for these particular studios, but one is appropriately vented for a nail studio)
