John Ford Home REENACTMENT over Labor Day Weekend, Sept. 4-6, 2026. Step back in time and join the excitement. Tour the John Ford Home and Paynes Chapel. View the progress of the rebuilding of the Pittman family log cabin from mid 1800's.

The Marion County Museum & Archives has a NEW exhibit "Old-Tech/New-Tech" opening April 2, 2026. The exhibit includes old business machines, telephones, WFFF's audio consoles, motion picture cameras, a slot machine,etc. The NEW-Tech area includes computers from the 1980's forward, highlighted by a 1984 Apple MacIntosh signed by Steve Jobs and partner. This exhibit will be open through August, 2026.
Permanent exhibits include: Native American, Military, Pioneer, Sports, Rodeo, Civil War, Civil Rights, Political, Medical and Pioneer.
Hours: Thursday-Friday 9:00-2:00; Saturday 9:00-5:00
