Have you been to Keystone Truck & Tractor Museum? A wonderful gift would be to take someone who recalls the memories of growing up on a farm, riding a tractor, or someone who owned a "hot" fast car or drove a truck. It will take you back to a simpler time. You may remember an old country store at Christmas or Santa bringing you or your brother a tractor with pedals, or a big truck. There is also a gift shop; you can find a wonderful toy for a child or grandchild. If it's lunch time (and you happen to visit on Tuesday thru Saturday), you can enjoy some delicious Sibley's BBQ in the building too! You have to see this museum to believe it, so make sure you have plenty of time! #loveVA #colonialheightsva #lovehappensinthebestPARTofVA

I had a great time here my family had a great breakfast and the place is super clean for a truck and farm tractor shop! LOL we know most shops aren't. but this is a musuem with some of the coolest items in it's 125 thousand square foot building. Give yourself at least 2 to 3 hours to enjoy the musuem. have breakfast or lunch and if your an over the road truck driver there is plenty of parking. Prices are very fare also. My Favorite was the 1912 Studebaker Texaco trailer made out of an original 1912 Horse trailer from NYC converted into this pulled by a Ford tractor with a Martin 5th wheel . I can go on but you just want to go check this place out for your self. And just a note i did ask before crossing the rope chain and they were so friendly letting me get better pictures. The staff is great and my kids and wife loved it as well.
Two friends and I toured the museum yesterday.Met Mr Keith Jones and he gave us a guided tour himself. Very interesting and we thank him for being so kind to us.
We finally went in the Tractor Museum today. OMG! so big and so many things to see. 😍
Loved coming to this museum in my dear hometown (we are Boston transplants now for the last 14 years)! My son loved that the tractors were "named after him". What a cool place. The nicest people work here. There is an amazing collection of tractors and trucks here (and great history reading, too). Our family absolutely recommends!
My son, Michael Yoder just drove by on I-95... had to check it out, he said it looks cool from the hi-way ... Looks like, we'll need to stop in / visit next time down south ...😎...!!!
Maybe we should go check this out one weekend.
Are there any truck or tractor events scheduled for the Waynesboro, VA area?
Looking for help in identifying a truck. It is believed to be a 1919 Karavan logging truck from Oregon. Problem is I cannot find info on Karavan. Thanks in advance.
My friend, Dave Benn, a visiting RI resident, filled in as a service station attendant this afternoon and the lens caught him putting air in a tire. The gentleman in the scooter is Logan Handley, the museum curator. Logan, a retired heavy truck salesman, is the same man that made me a deal on a new Kenworth T300 dump truck 20 years ago I couldn’t refuse.
We spent a few hours there today...always a pleasure to visit....we been coming a few times a year since my son was about 2...he is 11 now.....the museum has grown so much....we will be back!!!!
Great place to visit lots of interesting items
If you have not been, you should go to Keystone's. New stuff being added all the time .
