Our Buffalo Nation exhibition has been a great success since opening at the end of August. It took a lot of dedication and effort to bring it to life, and we want to recognize one of the partners who helped make it possible.

Beyond Yellowstone Living Lab (BYLL), Rausser College of Natural Resources - UC Berkeley, brings together collaborators to study and share the stories of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem—its wildlife, landscapes, and communities. BYLL is a core program of the Stone Center for Environmental Stewardship at the University of California, Berkeley.

Join us Thursday, October 1, 2026, for the next Draper Lunchtime Expedition, focusing on the Yellowstone wolverine.

Drawing on decades of research and field experience, Dr. Halfpenny will review early historical reports, recent encounters, and mounting evidence that the local population may be on the rise.
