Clinton County Historical Society Museum The museum features displays relating to the heritage of Clinton and Clinton County in Iowa. The museum is staffed completely by volunteers.

The Clinton County Historical Society was established in 1965 to preserve, promote, and display the history of the residents as they lived, played and worked. If you have some free time come join us. Membership in the Clinton County Historical Society is open to anyone with an interest in history

The FB group You're Probably From Clinton has been posting some pictures from the Clinton Garment Factory. I can't share them here :( But I do have these to share :) Let me know what you remember from the Garment Factory! These first pictures are from a little booklet about the Clinton Garment Factory. It tells some of the history and stuff. I will post more in separate posts.

We have lots of dolls at the museum. Here are some pictures we took. The first picture has, in the background, writing that was found on the wall when they were remodeling. The last picture shows Jan making a little one presentable in an outfit that was handmade and donated to the museum.
