From a three hour pose with Aimee last night at the Hildebrandt. I have been thinking more and more of the Hildebrandt life drawing group as a practice. The word, practice, as a noun. As with any practice, things click over time. I have also been very lucky to get to meet and to know other artists who routinely show up.

Everyone is welcome, all levels of experience. It is humbling to work along side great artists but it is one of the best ways to find motivation and to learn. Thursdays, 6 to 9 pm, $10.

Hey Facebook friends! As many of you know, the Hildebrandt building has started opening their doors for First Fridays.
All galleries and art studios are open for the public to walk through and explore, and food vendors in the building, like Rising Star Coffee and the Pizza Bagel Lady, set up some delicious food and beverages to enjoy.
Our next First Friday is August 4th from 5-8 and the art collective will be open to visitors, so stop by if you’d like to see what we’ve been up to!
