Debo's Designs I am a life-long artist / jewelry designer. my style of art has changed many times throughout the years. all license plates used are 100% authentic.

right now my primary focus is recycled license plate art. And legally sourced. Handmade chain maille jewelry. Every unique piece of jewelry is 100% handmade by me, right down to forming and cutting all of my own jump-rings for production.

New shape alert!!! The first picture with the specialty plates is a custom order for somebody whose father recently passed away from a heart attack. I used his plates to create it. The second one is all the New England states and is available now! These bears are two and a half feet tall and can be custom ordered out of any state you want.

I got these 1952 Hawaii plates recently and the backstory was so cool I wanted to share it with everyone.
These were buried in the ground on the island of Kauai for over 70 years. (That's what the "K" stands for) They were bundled up in groups and the outside ones were rusted and deteriorated. But they protected the inner plates in the bundle from deteriorating away. So some were salvageable. These types of older Hawaii plates don't come around very often. I was lucky enough to get 10 of them in my collection.
