Join us for the Valley Art Center's 53rd Annual Judged Show Opening Reception on Friday, June 12, from 4–7 p.m. at 842 Sixth St., Clarkston!

Enjoy an evening of outstanding artwork, live music, refreshments, and light appetizers. Judged show winners will be announced during the reception, and visitors can vote for their favorite piece for the People's Choice Award, with the winner announced at the end of June.

Free and open to the public!

We will temporarily close until June 2nd to complete upgrades, including a new ADA bathroom and kitchen area.

On June 2nd, we will accept entries for the Annual Open Judged Show.

This show is open to the public in all mediums. Prizes will be awarded for Best of Show, People's Choice, and First place in several categories, including watercolor, oil & acrylic, scratchboard, pastel, graphic, mixed media, fiber art, 3D, and Other. If there are 3 or fewer entries in any one category, they will be placed in the Other Category to be judged with other mediums.

We are looking forward to seeing all the local artists who have come to enjoy living in the Northwest display and sell the work they have put their hearts into this past year. Please share with the community the accomplishments you have worked so hard for.

Looking forward to the exciting reveal of the new Kitchen and Bathroom area.
