The Glenn Miller Museum is alive with a bright refresh, color and handsome new exhibits for the 2026 Glenn Miller Festival. Visitors to Clarinda should definitely plan to drop in and see the new museum experience while they are in town for the festival activities from June 11-14. This year, our refreshed museum will be open on Sunday, June 14 in coordination with the exciting P-51 Mustang Display at the Clarinda Airport. Host and historian Dennis Spragg will be on hand to describe the exhibits and to answer your questions. This year’s new “Glenn Miller Story” commemorative feature displays how our Iowa community hosted star James Stewart for a premiere performance of the renown 1954 Technicolor classic. The new GMBS Japan Branch cabinet honors our exceptional Japan - America Glenn Miller fellowship. To tie-in with the forthcoming Glenn Miller Limited Edition, Vol. 3, there is a new display case dedicated to stars Tex Beneke, Billy May and Ernie Caceres. And so much more!
The Glenn Miller Museum will be open during the Festival from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Welcome to the 2026 Glenn Miller Experience and we’ll see you soon in Clarinda.
