Our friends from Nature Discovery are back on Sunday, June 28th to bring you a presentation on Michigan Butterflies!

Starting at 1:00pm they will be teaching us all about common butterflies native to Michigan. They will have both live and pinned butterflies as part of their presentation. This is a free event, so come join us to learn about these beautiful insects!

Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there! Our Build a Birdhouse class was a great event with some pretty awesome dads getting hands on & building with their kids!

Last week we had the Junior Naturalists from Clare Middle School present their STEAM projects in our gallery. They had some amazing interactive exhibits inspired by nature. Thank you to all who came out to support these young scientists!

One week from today is our Spring Bloom Bouquet Class!

Janelle Brewer of Brewer Blooms will join us to share the story of her flower farm as well as teach you about spring blooming flowers. You will also get to be creative with making and taking home your own bouquet!

It was a wonderful evening Under the Stars at our first annual fundraising event for Jays & Webber Wildlife & Education Center! Guests enjoyed the Northern Lights experience, hands on demonstrations & tasty samples of fun camping treats. The gourmet S’mores Bar was a hit & everyone was in awe of the special live animal encounter from our friends at A.R.K. / Association to Rescue Kritters!

A huge thank you to our event sponsor River Valley RV Park for helping us put on an event to remember and thank you those who donated incredible gifts for the Silent Auction! The community support for our Conservation Classroom events & the expansion of exhibits is amazing. Thank you to all that attended for making this evening a success!
