What an incredible day of creativity, discovery, and hands-on learning! Seeing so many children and families building bridges, creating light-up projects, exploring 3D printing, coding, engineering, and immersive technology reminds us why Inspiration Station exists—to spark curiosity and inspire the next generation.

A special thank you to our partners at **Qnity** for sharing the fascinating world of **Kapton® film**. Participants learned how this remarkable material is used in cutting-edge technologies while creating their own **Kapton-colored slime**, combining science, engineering, and creativity in a fun, hands-on activity.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to our community partners at **PAST Innovation Labs** for loaning their incredible **AR/VR portable labs**. Participants stepped back in time and experienced the **Battle of Gettysburg** in an immersive way, discovering how technology can transform the way we learn about history.

To our volunteers, sponsors, community partners, and every family who attended—**thank you**. Your enthusiasm and support are helping build a place where curiosity thrives, creativity is encouraged, and learning comes alive.

Today was another exciting step toward the future of Inspiration Station, and we can't wait to welcome everyone back for more unforgettable STEAM experiences, exhibits, and community events.

Get Ready For Intro to Fishing! 🎣🐟

Enjoy a fun, hands on time with the Pickaway County Park District and Old Canal Fishing while learning about fishing basics or mastering your skills. This is the perfect chance to get helpful advice from experts while enjoying the outdoors!

This year's program offers two groups:
🎣 Beginner: Learn fishing fundamentals, including casting, baiting a hook, and fishing safety.
🐟 Intermediate: Build on your skills with new techniques, tips, and hands-on practice.

Fishing poles and bait will be provided, but you're welcome to bring your own gear if you prefer.

Last week, we participated in the annual When I Grow Up event at CES, delivering presentations to kindergartens about Engineering and hands-on STEAM education at the Inspiration Station.

What is Kids on Campus?

A week-long summer enrichment program designed for students entering grades 2-5, offering hands-on STEAM learning activities.

The cost is $50 per session, includes a t-shirt and all educational materials.
