GoCM is the first venue in the US to bring this relatively unrecognized art form to new audiences with specific and carefully selected artists through exhibitions in our beautiful facility and beyond. The 4x4 project is a longstanding fundraiser by the Chicago Mosaic School in which artists create simple works, often sketches for larger pieces, and donate them to the School.

For this fine art auction, we have asked our visiting and resident artists to expand on this premise by creating fully realized works of art on the 4x4 scale.

For those interested in collecting fine art, these pieces are a great way to start!

This online auction will run from October 12-18, stay tuned for more details!
