Veterans Memorial Museum The Veterans Memorial Museum started its humble beginnings in 1995. The new facility has a 9,000 sq. ft. gallery, a 3,000 sq.

The Veterans Memorial Museum is dedicated to the men and women who have honorably served our nation in the Armed Forces, during peacetime and war, so we might enjoy the freedoms we have today. Originally located in Centralia Washington, the Museum quickly outgrew its original building. Community Update for Veteran Services
There appears to be some misinformation circulating regarding my role as a Veteran Service Officer (VSO). To clarify, I have not stopped providing VSO services at the Veterans Memorial Museum and East Lewis County Outreach Locations. My team and I continue to serve Veterans at the same location and remain committed to assisting Veterans, service members, and their families with VA claims and benefits.
The only change is that my accreditation has transferred from The American Legion to AMVETS, allowing me access to additional resources and support that benefit the Veterans we serve through Nine Line Veteran Services. Additionally, my assistant Kristi is now fully accredited with AmVets and fully competent in providing VSO services.
My focus remains where it has always been—providing the highest level of service and advocacy for our Veteran community. I would LOVE to continue to be your VSO! All you need to do is sign a new VA Form 2122 and drop it off at the Veterans Museum or contact Lisa for more information. It is that easy! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Warmest Regards,
Brianna Smith, VSO - AmVets
