Survivor Fund Forms for the Survivor Fund are located on our website at www.towingmuseum.com.The form must be received within 90 days of the line of duty death.

All applications for the Survivor Fund must be received within 90 days of the date of death. The Survivor Fund death benefit is currently set at $2,500 for non-members and $4000 for members of the museum. This death benefit can help those in need during a very trying time.
