To celebrate, on Sunday, October 11th we will be having games, snacks, and a movie at the library!

😎🧱Lego Club is Back! 🧱😎

This year we're switching it up! Due to high demand, we have split Lego Club into two groups! On the First and Third Tuesday of every month we will have K-2nd Lego Club, and the Second and Fourth Tuesdays we will have 3rd-6th Lego Club.

We can't wait for the creativity to come back full force! See you Next Tuesday, September 1st.

🎧📚Did you know we have Yoto cards available to check out? We also have plenty of books that go along with our Yoto cards! 📚🎧

Studies show that immersive reading (reading a printed book and listening to an audiobook at the same time) engages multiple areas of the brain, making it easier to understand and remember stories.

Enhanced comprehension: Some students read better when reading AND listening in unison than reading on their own.

Improved retention: Information from stories lasts longer when experienced through more senses.

Enhanced focus: Especially in children with ADHD, reading while listening helps in sustaining focus.

Reading assistance: Listening to words being read aids in the decoding process in children with dyslexia and enhances fluency.
