It's that time of the week again! Our doors are open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 11am - 3pm to view our exhibition, 'The Stories We Share.' The Suttons are a family you'll see again and again on our walls. They operated New Castle's last working farm, and it ceased operations recently enough that longtime residents still recall buying corn from them. Grab our self-guided family activity page when you visit and see if you can find a pair of clogs once used on Sutton Farm!

Visit our current exhibition, 'The Stories We Share,' to meet former New Castle residents like Miss Viola Thompson. The daughter of Samuel and Louisa Thompson, Viola attended the King Street school through grade eight and graduated Pleasantville High School in 1916. She was a regular at school dances and community social events with her friends. According to one of her sixth grade report cards, "Viola's standing in arithmetic would have been honors standing except for some careless mistakes on the test." Can you relate?

Visit us Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, 11am to 3pm, through July 4 to meet Viola and many other New Castle residents from years past!
