East Wall Gallery East Wall Gallery is an MFA student run alternative art space located in the UIUC grad studios.

East Wall Gallery is an MFA student run alternative art space located in the developing Champaign, "NoSav District". It is run by two students, one being a third year and the other a second year MFA candidate. The exhibition space is located in the main lobby of the MFA South Studios Building 6 at 2109 S Griffith Dr in Champaign, IL, 61820. The main purpose of this space is to provide a rotating s

ample of the work being created by current MFA candidates in the studio arts as an example for potential visitors to the studios. Due to this intention, most of the exhibitions feature current MFAs, but occasionally the space features outside artists as a means of promoting the program and networking. There are two exhibitions each semester, the first in the beginning (as a welcome back) and the second around the middle (usually for Open Studios or the Boneyard Festival). The space features both solo and group shows and is always free and open to the public for receptions and by appointment only.
