Cedar Vale Historical Society and Museum The Cedar Vale Museum is a non-profit (501c3) tax exempt museum with many displays of Cedar Vale history. Herb's Café is a popular display.

Labor Day weekend is almost here so it’s important to make our meeting this Saturday, Aug. 22nd at the Hilltop at 8:00 am! We have the 5/10k race plus our biggest fundraiser of the year pie sale. Get signed up to bring your favorite pies to help us make this our biggest sale yet. If you can’t make it, reach out to one of our members to let us know what kind of pies you would like to donate or any way you’d like to help out that weekend.

The museum will be open tonight, Friday the 15th, at 6:30 to host the motorcycle group in town this weekend. We will have desserts as well so please feel free to grab you bikes and come downtown and join us. Everyone is invited to look around and visit with our guests.

As Memorial Day draws closer we would again like to reach out to Alumni members to be able to plan whether we will open the museum before the banquet. If you would comment below we can be ready for your visit.

The museum would like to invite the community and Alumni members who come home for Memorial Day weekend to come by the museum before heading to the banquet Saturday afternoon. If anyone is interested in meeting here at the museum or maybe just walk through for a trip down memory lane, please let us know below in the comments.

Our meeting for March will be held Saturday the 28th. It will be held at the Hilltop starting at 8:00 am. We would love to have everyone interested in the history of our area attend. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!
