"Celebration!" the third in the 3-painting series called, "Futures of Mpeasem" is ready. It was fun to paint these dancing little ones. I imagined that they were celebrating the opportunity to become empowered learners in their new school. The first painting is called "Teacher Victoria and Her Students," and the second is called "Literacy and Liberation." The original paintings will travel to Ghana in December; however, one, two, or three of these prints would make great Christmas gifts! We are collecting funds to complete the first primary school in Mpeasem Village, Ghana, West Africa.
