ARTISTS, MAKERS, and ART LOVERS, COME TAKE IT TO THE YARD!

Casselberry Arts and Casselberry Friends of the Park are teaming up to bring you the inaugural GREAT ART YARD SALE, a one-day celebration of art, community, and the joy of finding something unexpected.

We’re looking for artists of all kinds to set up shop throughout Lake Concord Park and sell their work directly to the public. Bring your paintings, drawings, prints, ceramics, sculpture, photography, jewelry, handmade objects, or whatever you make. Clean out your closet, your attic, and your garage. Give that old art a chance for a new life. Set up under a tent, on a table, or even on a picnic blanket-THE YARD IS YOURS!

This is a casual, community-focused art sale designed to give artists and art lovers an opportunity to get their work out of the studio or storage, meet new people, and make some sales in a fun and relaxed setting.

Whether you’re an artist looking to sell your work, a collector hunting for your next great find, or simply someone who loves spending a Saturday surrounded by art, come join us!

Bring your friends and bring your shopping bags.

Artists interested in participating are invited to register online.

Step INTO THE VOID
Each year as October approaches, the Art House seeks artists with work that explores the idea of Memento Mori - a reminder of the inevitability of death as a catalyst to celebrate the life we have. The concept has its roots in classical antiquity and Christianity with its most common motif being a skull. For this exhibit we want to see new, fresh ways of exploring the theme. Think outside the box and Into the Void!

On View: October 5 - November 2

Reception: October 9, 6-8pm

Doors: 6PM
Presentation: 7PM
Free and open to the public.

Constructing Reality is special companion program for the current exhibition A Wrench in the Gears, intended to expand visitors understanding of the exhibition. Chaz Underriner is a sound artist, composer, researcher, and professor at Stetson University. Building upon the theoretical framework of the exhibition Underriner explores how sound functions as a method of perception that influences a representation of reality. Through live performance and discussion, Underriner examines the complete trajectory of a sound, from its source and mediation to its perception and psychological effect, revealing how listening shapes knowledge, memory, emotion, and our experience of the world.

Meet Justin Quaid Grubb, one of the five artists featured in A Wrench in the Gears.
Opening on Saturday August 22 at 6PM.
A Wrench in the Gears features five Florida artists who interrupt the systems we use to organize our lives, communicate, travel, work, learn and interpret our understanding of the world around us. They do so long enough for us to take a look under the hood and see how they actually function. In doing so we, the viewers get a chance to recalibrate our own understanding of the systems that shape our lives.

Join us Saturday, August 22 at 6PM at the Casselberry Arts Center for a night of incredible art, wonderful people, music and food, and meet the Five Florida Artists in this year’s (Experience Contemporary 2026) A Wrench in the Gears.
