What You'll Do:
As a Retail & Ticketing Associate, you'll be one of the first people our guests meet. You'll welcome visitors, answer questions, sell admissions and merchandise, assist guests with their visit, and help create an atmosphere that reflects the spirit of Loving, Caring, and Sharing.
No two days are exactly alike! You may:
-Welcome guests with a warm smile and outstanding hospitality.
-Help visitors choose the best ticket options for their visit.
-Share information about the Chapel, Museum, Gift Shop, tours, and special events.
-Assist guests in finding the perfect gift or keepsake.
-Process purchases accurately using our point-of-sale system.
-Stock merchandise and help create beautiful retail displays.
-Prepare customer orders for shipping.
-Help keep the Gift Shop and guest areas clean, organized, and inviting.
-Work alongside an amazing team dedicated to creating memorable experiences.

Retail, hospitality, tourism, restaurant, or customer service experience is helpful, but a positive attitude and a genuine love of people are even more important.

Position Details:
Part-Time, Seasonal
Includes weekdays, weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings. We are open 9am to 5pm everyday and open until 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays in November and December.
Seasonal employment is generally expected through the Christmas holiday season, with opportunities to return during future peak seasons based on business needs.
