Ray Duncan will be playing after the reception of our next art show at the Palm Loft Gallery ~ Carpinteria, CA. The show A Garland of Groovy Gifted Women will be immediately followed by a 30 minute set from my friends, the Women of Song. This is what Ray posted about her trip to California from Nashville Tennessee, where she now resides:

I'm coming home at the end of the month for a much needed visit, and I've even got a couple shows peppered in for fun...will be posting more info about each individual show as we get a little closer. I am also still looking for one more gig for Ranchers for Peace on the Central Coast on either 10/5 or 10/6....can we make that happen?? 👀 CA friends holler at meeee 🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻 I can't wait to see you all!!!

Call to Artists

“Make Hay While the Sun Shines” in a nutshell, “Do what you love while you live.”
That is the theme of the show, a wide interpretation is encouraged.

All 2 dimensional media and styles will be considered. Bring your very best.
Total entry fee is $20 for a maximum of 3 pieces. $15 for one. Cash only.
Ingathering for entries is Monday July 22, 2024 from 10 to12:30

Pick-up for pieces that did not jury into the show is the same day from 4 to 6.
Reception Date is Saturday July 27 from 4 to 6 pm. Bring a wine bottle!

The show will run from July 27 to September 22, 2024
All work must be framed or in the case of large canvas, the edges must be painted.
All work must be available for salle. Gallery will retain 50% commission.
Gallery will donate 10% of sales to the Citizens for the Carpinteria Bluffs.
