Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cones 🍑🍦
Ingredients:
Waffle cones
1 cup white chocolate chips (melted)
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
1 cup peach preserves
1–2 fresh peaches (diced)
Instructions:
Melt the white chocolate until smooth.
Dip the rim of each waffle cone into the melted chocolate, then immediately dip into graham cracker crumbs
Set aside to harden
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix until creamy
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy
Transfer the cheesecake mixture into a piping bag (or spoon it in)
Fill each cone generously with the cheesecake filling
Mix diced peaches with peach preserves for a glossy, cobbler-style topping
Spoon a generous amount over the cheesecake filling in each cone
