I am taking a moment to share some incredibly heartbreaking news because it will result in some changes in times and availability in the near future.

Please give me some grace while I navigate the journey of losing my dear husband.

I've shared our story and lots of our life from on the podcast to my art work that he helped me create and as an artist himself and I am just devastated to have lost him to his PTSD battles.

Please hold your family close and please seek help if you are struggling. We who love you desperately want to help.
